Welcome to Pitchworks! These Terms of Service ("Terms") govern your access to and use of Pitchworks, owned and operated by Brass Hands, LLC ("we," "us," or "our"). By using our services, you agree to these Terms.

Acceptance of Terms

By accessing or using our services, you agree to comply with and be bound by these Terms. If you do not agree, you may not use our services.

Description of Services

Pitchworks provides professional pitch deck design services tailored to founders raising funding. We offer three distinct project packages:

• Base Package – $7,499
• Core Package – $9,999
• Apex Package – Starting at $20,000

Eligibility

You must be at least 18 years old and legally capable of entering into binding agreements to use our services.

User Responsibilities

You agree to provide accurate and complete information during onboarding and throughout the project. You are responsible for timely feedback and approvals.

Payments & Refunds

Payments

A 50% deposit is required to begin work. The remaining 50% is due upon completion and prior to delivery of final files.
Credit card payments incur a 3% processing fee.

Refunds

We do not offer refunds once work has commenced. Cancellations prior to starting may be eligible for a refund at our discretion.

Review & Approval Policy

Upon delivery of drafts or final designs, you will have 3 business days to review and provide feedback or approval.

• If no feedback is received within 3 business days, the deliverable will be considered approved and finalized.
• Delays in feedback may impact timelines and could require a revised delivery schedule.
• Any additional revisions requested after the approval window may incur extra fees.

Intellectual Property

You retain ownership of all content you provide. Upon full payment, you gain full rights to the final deliverables. We may showcase non-confidential work in our portfolio unless agreed otherwise.

Confidentiality

We protect your confidential information and will not disclose it without your consent, unless required by law.

Disclaimers

We provide services "as is" with no guarantees of funding outcomes.

Limitation of Liability

We are not liable for indirect or consequential damages arising from your use of our services.

Termination

We may terminate services for violation of these Terms. In such cases, a pro-rated refund may be issued if no deliverables have been provided.

Governing Law

These Terms are governed by the laws of the State of Pennsylvania. Any disputes will be handled in Pennsylvania courts.

Changes to Terms

We may update these Terms at any time. Continued use of our services indicates your acceptance of the updated Terms.
