Submit your draft – Establish the foundation

Every strong structure begins with a well-prepared foundation. You provide your deck in Google Slides or a doc, ensuring that 90% of the content is finalized. Our role is to refine its clarity and impact through design.

If you introduce new content mid-project that no longer fit the design framework, it will be counted as an additional page at $499. Please make sure your draft is solid before beginning to avoid scope changes.

Strategy & optimization – Strengthening the narrative(core & apex only)

Core

We assess and refine the structure, optimizing for clarity and investor interest.

Apex

We develop the messaging from scratch, ensuring it flows naturally and keeps investors engaged from start to finish.

Design begins – Translating concepts into a visual system

Once the structure is finalized, we move into Figma, applying visual hierarchy, readability, and brand consistency to ensure a clean, professional, and compelling design.

First review – Aligning on direction

Within 3 days, you receive 1–3 sample pages. This ensures that the design direction is on point before we proceed with the full deck.

Full deck execution – Systematic progress

With alignment confirmed, we continue the design process, delivering updates every 48 hours to maintain momentum.

Revisions & refinements – Precision adjustments

Each package includes 1–2 rounds of revisions per page, depending on your selection.

To maintain efficiency: Any revisions beyond the included rounds will be counted as an additional page at $499.

Final review – Ensuring cohesion & readiness

Once all refinements are complete, you conduct a final review to confirm that the deck is fully aligned with your objectives.

File delivery – Complete ownership & adaptability

Upon approval, we provide your deck in Figma and Google Slides, ensuring you have full control over the final presentation and any future updates.

Investor network access – Expanding your reach

If relevant, we can leverage our investor network to connect you with potential funding opportunities.
