What do I need to provide before we start?

You’ll need to send us your draft deck in either Google Slides or a document, depending on the package you select. The content should be 90% finalized, as our focus is on refining structure and design—not heavy content revisions.

How do I choose the right package?

We offer three packages:

Base

Design-only. You provide the content, and we focus on turning it into a visually compelling, high-impact deck.

Core

Includes a 1:1 strategy session to audit your deck, provide feedback, and refine it for investor engagement. Then we’ll design your deck.

Apex

A full messaging and design overhaul, where we build your deck from the ground up using proven storytelling and persuasion frameworks.

What is your payment structure?

We require 50% upfront to begin the project and 50% upon completion before final files are delivered. This ensures commitment on both sides and maintains project momentum.

Do you offer refunds?

No, we do not offer refunds. Due to the extensive work required to review, analyze, and understand your deck and business, we invest significant time and expertise upfront. This policy ensures we can maintain the high level of service and attention to detail that each project demands.

What happens if I make changes to the content mid-project?

If you introduce significant content changes that no longer fit the design framework, that counts as an additional page at $499 per page. This ensures we maintain efficiency and high-quality execution.

How long does the process take?

First review

Design-only. You provide the content, and we focus on turning it into a visually compelling, high-impact deck.(1–3 sample pages) → Delivered within 3 days

Ongoing updates

Every 48 hours

Final deck delivery

Typically 1–2 weeks, depending on the scope and number of revisions.

What is included in the revision process?

Each package includes 1–2 revisions per page, ensuring fine-tuned adjustments. If additional revisions exceed the scope, they count as an additional page at $499.

What format will I receive my final deck in?

Your final deck will be delivered in Figma and Google Slides, giving you complete control over presentation and future edits.

What design tools do you use?

We design all decks in Figma, which allows for seamless collaboration and pixel-perfect execution.

Do you offer investor connections?

Yes—if it's a fit, we can leverage our investor network to connect you with potential funding opportunities. This is available for Core and Apex clients.

Do you offer copywriting services?

For Core and Apex packages, we help refine and structure your messaging for maximum clarity and impact. However, final wordsmithing is up to you once you receive the deck.
